We only accept returns in the event of faulty parts, we will aim to fix or replace the damaged parts with new ones. Should we not be able to fix it, we will then escalate a returns/refunds procedure.

For any incorrect or Incompatible PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO of side-by-side Comparisons so we can ensure we get the right part to you

Custom orders cannot be cancelled as they are made to order and are sold brand new in their packaging. You are only able to cancel in stock orders before they are sent out. If the item is already sent, there is a restock fee of 20%.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email, and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

For custom made orders it takes around 3-4 weeks for thr order to be ready and shipping time varies as we ship worldwide from different courier centres based on your location.

Unfortunately at this moment we don’t do exchanges as we buy cores in bulk and retrim them. We advise you to either sell your custom wheel separately when you decide to sell your car or leave it installed when selling the car to increase it’s apeal.

We can retrim most models but if you’re after a particular car contact us to see if we can do it, usually we love to take on wheels that we have not done before.

Generally we try to price our products affordable as possible but due to recent events and unstable economy our prices can change but we often offer discounts and deals. If there is a qoute you have recieved by a reputable company contact us and we may be able to beat it. 

If you need to change anything please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can arrange the change, bear in mind it may cause extra production time. 

If on the rare occurrence your order is delayed we will try our best to contact you beforehand but sometimes delays are out of our hands.

We can retain the heated and lane assist vibration functions for an extra fee depending on the car and model.

Any modifications for your car have to be notified to the insurers in order to minimise risk of a voidance, this may or may not increase your car insurance. Some do not declare as it can be a temporary modification or there insurance may not ask.

Custom wheels are fully legal, however carbon fibre airbags are only for off-road purposes as they may delay airbag deployment time, all other wheels and airbag cover materials are legal
